With the average garden of a new build being around 55m2, older houses averaging 220m2 and some terraces being 20m2, there is opportunity for a beautifully designed garden to be enjoyed no matter the size. We have done a number of designs for smaller back yards with people wanting to add extra living space rather than just a place for the washing line right up to rolling acres.
